Another Christmas has come and gone, and I survived my first hosting gig! Luckily we only had a very manageable five guests, but we survived none the less. I was an epic failure with pictures, but I guess something's gotta give when you are worrying about food temps and filling drinks!
Next up was Christmas morning with Andy's family. We opened gifts and feasted on baked french toast, hash browns, quiche, and cinnamon rolls. These cinnamon rolls were to DIE for. I can't wait to make them again (in my new mixer!!)
We wrapped up our celebration at my Dad's house, eating more food, chasing around my niece, and catching up with family. It was the perfect Christmas. 2012, you have some competition.I have the rest of the week off so I can't wait to catch up on all your blogs! Hope you all had a great holiday!

yay for the Kitchenaid!!! you are going to love it, and never want to bake anything without it again!
I am obsessed with mine, and find any excuses to cook/bake anything that involves using it.
It's really awesome for mashed potatoes, and believe it or not, to shred chicken for dips!
I can't wait to see all the yummy recipes you try out!
