Teen Choice Awards Fashion Faves and Faux Pas

My favorites were Rachel Bilson and Blake Lively. I love the simplicity and adore the colors!





On the other hand...Scarlett Johanson and Miley Cyrus..eeks! ScarJo looks way too matronly, the color is not flattering, and the dress just isn't that cute. I can deal with the sparkles on Miley's dress..I mean she is 15. But the combination with the boots, I just don't understand!
