Lately I've been lusting after perfectly messy beach waves. You know, the type of hairstyle that accidentally happens when you roll out of bed twenty minutes late. I wish I could get my hair to look like this....

i find air drying my hair, then adding scrunching gel/spray gel to my hair and then losely french plaiting it ( middle parting, ie two plaits) gives me beachy hair!
LOVE LOVE LOVE! My hair is naturally curly so I have to actually pull it a little straighter and spend half an hour upside down for extra volume! haha
I love this look but can never quite pull it off. It takes me a million times longer to create a messy look than to just do my hair normally haha.
I do brain my (dry) hair in pigtails and sleep on them for a variation of this look.

this is how my hair used to be in high school, as i've gotten older its straightened out. i like using a little bit of mousse or spray gel or sea salt spray!
very low maintenance for summer :)

beautiful locks here. my hair always borders on frizzy (okay, who am i kidding, it's frizzed-out. officially) when i try to do this, so i'd LOVE to hear of a magic product.
