I have sideswept bangs, and would love to have bangs a la Zooey Deschanel, but I am too afraid to try it. I also cut myself bangs when I was little and I am scarred for life!

I do straight across bangs about once a year and then I grow them out. I like the way they look, but the maintenance is a pain.
