Whether it's her style, hair, or makeup, I think every girl has been envious of Lauren Conrad at one point in her life. I could not be more thrilled that Lauren is teaming up with her makeup artist and hair stylist to collaborate on a beauty site.
The Beauty Department just launched today, and I can't wait for more tutorials and inspiration to start popping up!
