Phase 1: Accelerate- the rapid weight loss portion, which helps flush sugar and fat storage from your system
Phase 2: Activate- the metabolic restart portion, with alternating low and high calorie days to help shed body fat
Phase 3: Achieve- a phase that involves learning to control portions and introducing new fitness routines
Phase 4: Arrive- a combination of the first three cycles to keep good habits up for good
At first I was a bit skeptical, because how can you healthily lose weight so quickly? Obviously everything is explained in the book in much better terms (and supported with medical research). I'm postponing my start date since I'll be out of town, so June first is my new goal. Well see if it really works! Who's with me?

June 1st I'm with you my dear! Esp since may 31 we have our tenant appreciation day at work and they cater with inn n out burgers!
