For a long time I've imagined my bridesmaids wearing navy. Now that I'm actually planning my wedding, I've realized I'm more drawn to the soft and dreamy neutrals. I have to admit though, it's hard to completely write off navy. Who would have thought this would be such a tough choice? One thing I know for sure, my girls will be in different dresses. May the best color win!
What gets your vote? Neutrals or navy?

Ive always thought I will pick lighter colors, but those pictures you've posted are making me reconsider. They all look beautiful! I definitely know they will all wear different dresses though.
Different styles of dress is definitely the way to go! I did that with black dresses and am so glad I did. Navy or Neutrals would be lovely. Skin tone may matter for the neutral dresses? Just something to consider. Can't wait to see what you pick!
Both are beautiful. My bridesmaids are all wearing shades of ivory/champagne and different dresses from J. Crew for our wedding in September. So clearly I love neutrals :) but the navy is also gorgeous.
3rd photo from the bottom was my bridesmaid inspiration and im so happy i went with that in the end. it was a pain in the ass while the girls were selecting their different dresses, but it fit the mood i was going for perfectly!
those colors evoke very different moods. navy feels much more literal, formal and upscale where the neutrals (for me, shades of dusty pinks) evoke a more casual romantic type of elegance.
you can't go wrong with either, but i think you know where my vote is ;)
Honestly, I am in two weddings that we are wearing navy for, and I attended two weddings last year that wore navy, it's a gorgeous color but I'd love to see more soft colors like you've picked here, they are beautiful too!

Personally I favor navy - I think sometimes the bride blends in a little too much with her bridesmaids with the neutrals. Although - on the other hand, I think there are more stylish options for individual dresses in neutral than navy.
I think both are beautiful! I personally did neutrals (the J.Crew "fawn" color) but I have seen so many great navy ones too!
Navy is my fav color so I've always wanted it incorporated into my (imaginary) wedding. What if you do the bridesmaids in one color and the maid/matron of honor in the other? Or is that too weird?
navy was one of my wedding colors and is still a favorite. but i'm with you, it's a hard choice after seeing so many pretty neutral dresses too. either way it will be beautiful! good luck and have fun planning!
I think it really depends on the time of year, location, etc. I love both looks!
Such a hard decision...they are both gorgeous colors! Good luck deciding :)

I love everything you picked. For me color is based on what time of the year it is. But I loveeee the idea of different bridesmaid dresses for everyone. It's perf bc everyone can get the right dress for they're shape!
I'm having a fun giveaway on my blog check it out!
the navy looks so awesome!!! such a nice constrast to you in white!
i really do like both combos! i love the idea of all bridesmaids wearing different silhouettes. :)
also, think mine will be wearing cowboy boots ;)
I'm stuck too. I'm going between black or neutrals; two totally different looks! I guess it just depends on what kind of mood/theme you're going for. The darker colors are more serious and structured while the neutrals are romantic, soft and whimsical. If you find a happy medium please share!
